Poppies Despite the Night

Inspired by my favorite artist, Vincent van Gogh, and created with the poppies of Palestine in mind.

The red poppies symbolize remembrance, resilience, and the beauty of a land that continues to bloom despite everything. Set against a swirling, star filled sky, the petals drift through the darkness, representing the idea that even in the darkest of nights, beauty, hope, and life persist.

This piece is my own interpretation of Van Gogh’s expressive brushwork, bringing together my love for his art and a piece of my heritage.
