What medium are your original paintings created with?

All original paintings are hand-created using oil or acrylic paint on canvas. The medium used for each piece is listed in its individual description. 

Do I own rights to reproduce the artwork?

No.

All original paintings are one of a kind works of art. The purchase of an original painting grants ownership of the physical art work only.

All reproduction rights, copyrights, and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Susupaints. 

Original artworks may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, printed, resold as merchandise, used for branding, or produced on products such as prints, clothing, cups, packaging, marketing materials, or any commercial items without written permission and a separate licensing agreement. 

Full commercial rights or exclusive buyouts may be discussed and purchased separately. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. International buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price. 

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Each painting is carefully varnished, protected, and packaged to ensure safe delivery. 

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged:

-Please contact me within 48hours of delivery.

-Include clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Claims will be filed with the shipping carrier, and I will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately. 

Susupaints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. 

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. I will assist as needed, but lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout are not refundable. 

Do you offer commissions?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before beginning a commission. A sketch will be sent for approval before painting begins, and progress photos will be shared throughout the process. The remaining balance is due before shipping. 

Are original paintings refundable?

All original artwork sales are final. Due to the one of a kind nature of each piece, originals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review all photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. 

How long does it take for original paintings to ship?

Original paintings are carefully varnished, packaged, and shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase unless noted otherwise in the listing. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information.  

Do Print Club orders include tracking?

To keep the Print Club affordable, Print Club orders are mailed with stamps and do not include tracking. This applies ONLY to print club memberships. 

All other orders (including originals, prints, and non-subscription purchases) do include tracking. 

When will I receive my Print Club print?

Members who subscribe before the 15th of every month will receive the next months print. Subscriptions placed after the 15th will begin the month after next.

 For example

-Sign up May 15-First delivery arrives June.

-Sign up on May 16-First delivery arrives July.

Prints are shipped the first week of every month.

Do prints and stickers ship together with originals?

Orders may ship separately depending on fulfillment method to ensure each item arrives safely. This does not include the membership subscription.

Returns & Refund Policy

All original artwork sales are final. 

Due to unique and one of a kind nature of each piece, originals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
